1, From the outset, make your potential customers aware of the benefits that you can provide for them, giving a clear and honest picture of the value you can offer. If you want them to respond to you in a positive way you need to give them what they want before you can expect them to have what you want them to have.
2, Try to make your potential customers feel like they can talk to you or communicate with you and show them in whichever way you can, that you care about what they have to say. The more that you can get people to communicate with you, the more they will feel like they know you and they can trust you.
3, Be yourself, let people see the real you. The more that you share your genuine thoughts and feelings, the more you will attract those who have learnt to trust you. As well as building successful marketing relationships with people, you also need to have the strength of mind to expect and accept that some people will reject you.
By applying these three principles to your relationship marketing strategy, you will be making it clear to people how your product or service can help them. You will gain their trust and gratitude for providing them with value and ultimately you will create a relationship that makes it easy for them to do business with you.
